An intuitive, detail-oriented therapist feels what works and what doesn’t, adjusting pressure and technique as needed.
We prefer to mix and match our techniques gathered from different modalities depending on your body type, lifestyle, and goals. However, we understand you are used to seeing types of massage, so we have listed therapy names we use for your convenience.
PERSONAL TRAINING WITH TOUCH
Besides massage and bodywork therapy we also offer training. Not the type where we play a spotter or make you sweat (although you’d be surprised how much effort it takes to hold your own body against gravity). We teach awareness in movement and proper body mechanics for activities you already do. After 2-3 training sessions, you will notice an improvement in your run, yoga, golf, and other performances.
If you are working with a personal trainer or other health and wellness professional, we would love to collaborate to help you get the best results in no time. If you are working out on your own or in a group without a trainer’s personal attention, we highly recommend a few sessions of training with touch. You will feel and see that new awareness will help engage new muscle fibers differently.
