WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
It’s a functional assessment of posture and movement (a video above gives you a glimpse of movements). While you move in 3 dimensions, your therapist observes possible causes such as lack of mobility, hyper flexibility, and compensation patterns. It is possible to do this session online with a creator of this assessment and OLEA. However, if you come to the office, your therapist can also palpate muscles and joints manually to bring awareness to the range of motion differences within touch. We don’t compare your body to perfect anatomy, only to your best functioning joints.
