Best Massage Therapists You Will Find

The industry has divided massage therapy into Swedish and Deep Tissue.  We believe these terms are used by clients to describe the pressure preference Based on that we would like to ensure you that all of our therapists are proficient in a vide variety of pressure. Instead of labeling our techniques  we just use all of our knowledge to achieve a clients goal. We understand the body - simply tell us about your goal for the session.

One talented massage therapist in Charlotte wants to save you from surgeons who want to cut, MDs who want to medicate, and psychologists who just want to analyze...

My mission is to make the world healthier, one body at a time. I provide the rewarding benefits of massage therapy at affordable rates to those who are ready and willing to live better.

I was born in Mariupol Ukraine, studied in Germany and  have lived in the US for  years. I was told I am probably the best massage therapist in Charlotte. Don't take my word for it, there is easy way to find out - schedule an appointment.

I was fortunate to be introduced to massage very early in life. My grandmother, who was both a nurse and a massage therapist (holistic medicine works hand in hand with modern medicine in Eastern Europe) spoiled me with massages even before I could walk. Later in life, I saw how my grandmother’s touch carried a great healing power for other people in need.

These experiences instilled in me both the belief that massage is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and a desire to help others. I received my professional massage therapy education at Southeastern Institute where teachers already predicted that I would become a very busy massage therapist in Charlotte. In 2011 I became licensed in South Carolina and later on in North Carolina.

I began practicing massage in a popular chiropractic office in Fort Mill where I became familiar with chiropractic care and my techniques acquired a clinical approach. Later on I took a second job in a popular massage studio in South End and became one of their best massage therapists. I was requested most of the time and had to quit my chiropractic job because of the work volume in Charlotte.

Today I am resolving mostly chronic and some acute pain complains, using my intuition, experience, and of course Neurokinetic Therapy.  I have found a natural home in the art and science of massage therapy, and I'm pleased to pass on my grandmother's magical touch to others. I feel like I am in the right place doing the right thing, thriving to become better every day and transform from the best massage therapist in Charlotte to the best massage therapist in the world!

Jennifer Leech
Sports Specialist
Licensed Massage Therapist #15153

I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health, where I was trained in  sports massage, trigger point work, deep tissue massage, structural integration, Russian sports and reflexology. Over the years, I have worked mostly with athletes helping them to prevent and recover from many injuries. I had the pleasure of interning with the Orlando Predators football team for their 2014 season. I love seeing how athletes push their bodies to the limit and what the body is capable of doing. I truly believe, whole heartedly, that massage, with the right treatment protocol can bring an athlete to a new level injury-free. I was looking for a tool to help myself and became certified in Kinesio Taping, the benefits of which you can explore here. I am passionate about sports massage and believe that through hard work, dedication and a little help from the right therapist the sky is the limit.

Katie Hopkins
Licensed Massage Therapist # 14546

A graduate of Asheville’s Center for Massage and Natural Health, Katie has perfected her Swedish massage and integrated it with Myofascial Release and other intuitive approaches to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and restorative experience. Katie works carefully and effectively with the fascia (the body’s emotion-storing web of connective tissue) to release painful tension and help identify postural holding patterns that cause chronic pain.  Her aim in each session is to enhance somatic awareness, address root-cause areas of chronic pain, and create a safe space for the recipient to feel at ease.

Since completion of her massage and bodywork therapy training, Katie has taken continuing education courses in deep tissue modalities, Thai Massage, and Myofascial Release. She considers herself a life-long student, and embraces every opportunity to learn. She enjoys reading anatomy books and engaging in meditative physical practices such as yoga, dance, and twirling to broaden her understanding of the body both intellectually and kinesthetically.

Erica Gard
Licensed Massage Therapist # 15054

My background in massage focuses in neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and deep tissue. My passion lies in helping you find the real problem causing your pain, loss of range of motion, or injuries. I like to make sure that you can get the work you need without crossing the line of intense bodywork into painful bodywork. My massage has been called "gentle therapeutic" by many clients. The speed and pressure I use is different for every client, based on what works for each individual person. I started my journey into massage as a child. My mom always had achy hands, and would ask me to "rub her bones." I began learning at UNC- Charlotte majoring in kinesiology, then I went to the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Florida to pursue massage as a career. This school focused on analyzing posture to figure out where the body is imbalanced. From there, I took that knowledge and experience and went to Southeastern Institute in Charlotte in 2014, and became licensed after graduating in 2015. I've worked in various places, from a five-star spa in California to a chiropractic office to working with the NFL Panthers.

My favorite quote to live by: "Once you truly understand something, it cannot hurt you." I used this in all parts of life, but especially in the importance of us understanding our bodies. What I live for is the light in a client's eyes when they truly start to understand their body and realize that they don't HAVE to be in pain for the rest of their life. To know that I helped with that puts a fire in my heart and makes me jump up and down. That, is why I do what I do.

Victoria (Tori) Trinks
Licensed Massage Therapist # 15884

I have always been interested in healthy living using natural and hollistic methods. Coming from a line of healthcare professionals, I knew that I  wanted to help people in some way but with less invasive practices; no pharmaceuticals or surgery. My interest led me to the NC Massage School which had a program that encouraged a balancing of the body as well as the mind and spirit. Here I learned techniques for soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy along with Qigong exercises such as Tai Chi, meditation, and Reiki. I have worked in both a relaxing spa environment and a Chiropractic setting. I enjoy blending my experiences to form the most effective treatment.

My approach to the body is client specific. I start by learning what the wellness goals are, then  assess work, rest, and play routines to find the root cause of their pain or discomfort, and together we develop a treatment plan.  The plan includes not only the therapies done in the office, but extends further with suggestions and tips to be done at home.

I love maintaining an optimal quality of life naturally, and enjoy assisting others with the same throughout their wellness journey.
